Major universities generate hundreds of research disclosures each year. The licensing office at The University of Florida, for instance, typically receives over 300 each year. At these universities, however, only a few disclosures get listed in their licensing directories for web-based search engines to identify.

To gain earliest possible access to all available biomimetics-based disclosures as they become available, Biomimetic Connections, LLC interacts on a daily basis with directors and senior licensing officers at universities and research institutions around the world. Biomimetic Connections, LLC also receives biomimetic disclosures from corporations seeking to out-license these technologies and/or enter into strategic R&D relationships.
